【Abstract】 In this paper the resonant tunneling character of the electron in three_tile quasiperiodic superlattices is investigated by the transfer matrix method with Airy functions. The effect of different applied biases on the tunneling is discussed. It is shown that the electron transmissivity in the three_tile quasiperiodic superlattice is affected by the applied bias. As the bias gets lower, the highest one of transmission peaks is located within a higher energy range; as the bias gets higher, the highest transmission peak is located within a lower energy range.更多还原
