新试剂T(3Cl-4H-5MOP)P胶束分光光度法测定微量银

【摘要】 研究了Ag-meso-四(3-氯-4-羟基-5-甲氧基苯基)卟啉(简称T(3Cl-4H-5MOP)P)-Tween-80-TDS胶束显色反应的最佳形成条件,在pH11.60的Na2B4O710H2O-NaOH缓冲溶液中和Tween-80-TDS混合表面活性剂存在下,Ag(Ⅰ)与T(3Cl-4H-5MOP)P形成1∶1的胶束配合物,其最大吸收波长和表观摩尔吸光系数分别是432nm和2.25×105L·mol-1·cm-1.银量在0~7.25μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律.方法应用到照片和定影液废水中微量银的测定,结果满意.

【Abstract】 The micellar colour reaction of silver(Ⅰ) with meso tetra(3 chloro 4 hydroxy 5 methyoxyphenyl)porphyrin (T(3Cl 4H 5MOP)P) Tween 80 TDS and the optimal formation condition of the complex have been studied.In the base medium at pH11.60 buffer solution of borax and in the presece of Tween 80 TDS,Ag(Ⅰ) reacts with T(3Cl 4H 5MOP)P to form a 1∶1 micellar complexes.The maximum absorption wavelength and the apparent molar adsorptivity of the complex are 432nm and 2.25×10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 ,respectively.Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0~7.25 g Ag(Ⅰ)/25ml.The method has been successfully applied to direct determination of trace Ag(Ⅰ) in the photographic paper and waste water of fixing bath with satisfactory results.
