【摘要】 为寻找一种更好的方法，提高股骨颈骨折内固定的治疗效果，笔者应用Ｈａｎｓｓｏｎ钉系统，将２枚带钩的钉以上下平行方式经股骨颈置入股骨头，随机治疗股骨颈骨折患者３０例，并进行３～２１个月的临床随访观察。结果表明：患肢骨折愈合快、关节功能恢复好，优良率达９３％。与其它内固定相比，Ｈａｎｓｓｏｎ钉具有创伤小、操作简便、内固定牢固，符合髋关节生物力学特点，便于推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to improve the healing of the femoral neck fractures, the internal fixation by using Hansson pin system was studied. The methods were that: Two hook - pins of Hansson pin system were inserted into the femoral head through the neck. Thirty patients were treated with the Hansson pins and followed up for three to twenty-one monthes. The results showed that the fractures healed up fast. The function of the joint was recovered well. The rate of excellent and good was 93 percent. As compared with the other internal fixations, the Hansson pin fixation has the advantages of simple manipulation,rigid fix- ation, minimal operative trauma, and accords with biomechanical characteristic of femur.更多还原
