【摘要】 商丘地区是一个水资源总量偏少的地区。按可供水资源量，现状尚可维持，预计２０００年和２０１０年全区将缺水２．１６×１０８ｍ３／ａ和７．３７×１０８ｍ３／ａ。为了尽快将商丘地区建成河南东部具有经济带动力的区域中心地带，水资源的可持续开发利用已成为关键性因素之一。对于本地区来讲，依法治水、科学用水、节约用水、加大引水力度是实现地区水资源开发和保护良性循环的重要举措，核心是抓好农业节水和城镇用水。本研究对地区性水资源可持续开发利用，进行了可行性探讨，可供地区国土规划时参考。更多还原
