【Abstract】 In order to ensure that the function of the holistic nursing care could he completed, the following measureswere implemented, including setting up the inpatients’ treatment register, patient’s check bill execution register and nursing orders’ execution register, drawing up the health propaganda and education syslem, and improving the recording styleof PIO nursing. Tile admission guiding rate and the fundamental nursing yield were increased from 66. 8 % to 100% orfrom 76 % to 92 % respectively. The satisfactory degree of the patients to the nursing care in the model wards was raisedfrom 85 % to 95 %-97 %, and file nursing qualities improved.更多还原
