【摘要】 目的:探讨颅脑手术后合并非手术区硬膜外血肿的发病机理,临床特点、诊断和治疗方法。方法:总结11例颅脑手术后合并非手术区硬膜外血肿的原发疾病及手术方式,合并硬膜外血肿发生的时间,血肿部位,血肿量及其预后。结果:治疗颅脑手术后合并非手术区硬膜外血肿11例,痊愈8例,轻偏瘫2例,死亡1例。结论:颅脑手术后合并硬膜外血肿常发生在儿童及年轻人,硬膜外血肿发展快,体积大,短时间出现症状;缺乏特异性表现,且常发生在较小手术之后,此种血肿可发生在手术中的不同阶段和手术后的任何时期,特别是病变切除后有脑组织下塌和遗留有较大空腔者,须行颅内压监测。适时复查CT或MRI,及时确诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective;To discuss the invasion mechanism and the clinical point and the way of diagnosis and therapy aboutex-tradural hematoma supervened after intracranical operation at non-operating region. Methods; the primary sickness and the way of operation and the happenning time and the happenning time and the site and the magnitude and the prognisis about extradural hematoma supervened after intracanical operation at non operating region was summarixed in 11 cases. Results :extradural hematoma supervened after intracranical operation at non operating region was treated in 11 cases,cure in 8 cases,light hemiplegia in 2cases death in 1 case.
