【摘要】 试验对ＳＰＦ雏鸡接种网状内皮组织增殖病病毒（ＲＥＶ）后，应用间接酶联免疫吸附分析法检测了泪液、气管液、肠液和胆汁的免疫球蛋白ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ、ＩｇＡ含量的动态变化。结果发现，感染ＳＰＦ雏鸡泪液、气管液、肠液和胆汁的ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ、ＩｇＡ含量于感染后７～４２ｄ明显降低，表明ＲＥＶ感染鸡的局部体液免疫能力降低更多还原

【Abstract】 After the infection of Reticuloendotheliosis Virus(REV),the contents of immunoglobulins IgG,IgM and IgA in the tear,tracheal fluid,intestinal fluid and bile of the expe imental SPF chicks were kinetically detected using the indirect enzyme linked immunosorbentassay.The results showed that the contents of IgG,IgM and IgA in the tear,tracheal fluid,intestinal fluid and bile of the chicks were decreased significantly from 7 to 42 days after REV infection,and it is indicated that the local fluid immuno function of the chicks weredepressed after the REV infection.更多还原
