天然物 3-甲基-3.4-二氢异香豆素的合成
Synthesis of Natural 3-methyl-3.4-dihydroiso-coumarin
【摘要】 以邻溴苯基丙酮为原料,用四氢化铝锂作还原剂,合成了1-(2-溴苯基)-2-丙醇(Ⅱ)。在醋酸钯和微量肼催化作用下,(Ⅱ)与一氧化碳(于125℃)反应,以98.3%的产率合成了3-甲基-3.4-二氢异香豆素,产物结构经红外,质谱及1HVRIR和13CNMR数据分析确认。
【Abstract】 Taking o-bromphenyl acetone as raw material,LiAlH 4 as reducing agent,1-(2-brompheny)-2-propyl alcohol is synthesized;and under the catalysis of palladium acetate and hydrazine of micro quantity,reacting with CO at 125℃,the title material is synthesized,with yield rate of 98.3%,the structure of which is confirmed by IR,MS,1HVRIR and 13 CNM.R
