高效液相色谱法测定乳制品中的苯甲酸、山梨酸

【摘要】 本文采用高效液相色谱法测定乳制品中的苯甲酸、山梨酸。色谱柱为SupelcosilLC-18-DB25cm×4.6mm,紫外检测定量。样品用醋酸锌、亚铁氰化钾为沉淀剂,滤液不用革取即可上机测定。本方法最低检出限苯甲酸(BA)为5.4×10-10g,山梨酸(SOA)1.1×10-9g。变异系数BA为1.811%,SOA为0.904%。平均回收率BA为97.19%,SOA为97.50%。

【Abstract】 This is a method for determination of benzoic. acid and sorbic acid in dairy product by HPLC. The Supelcosil LC-18-DB 2.5cm× 4.6mm column and ultraviolet detector were applied to determination. The samples would be determined after which were deposited withzinc acetate and potassium ferrocyanide. The filtrated solution could be analyzed without extraction. The minimum detectable value of benzoic acid is 5.4 ×10-10g and sorbic acid is 1.1×10-9h.The variation coefficient cv(%) of bensoic acid is 1.811% and sorbic acid is 0.9049%. The recovery of benzoic acid is 97.19%, and sorbic acid is 97.50%.
