CdS/PbS复合超微粒的有序组装和光谱特性
Orderly Fabrication and Spectral Characteristics ofCdS/PbS Composite Ultrafine Particles
【摘要】 用离子交换法制备CdS/PbS复合超微粒,用LB膜技术进行有序组装。CdS/PbS复合超微粒的吸收光谱介于CdS和PbS超微粒的吸收光谱之间。CdS/PbS超微粒/硬脂酸LB膜具有层状结构,吸收光谱和荧光光谱发生明显变化。CdS/PbS复合超微粒是以CdS为核心,PbS为壳层的表面包裹结构。在CdS比例较高和适当表面压下,CdS/PbS超微粒被定向组装
【Abstract】 The CdS/PbS composite ultrafine particles were prepared by ion exchange method and orderly fabricated with LB film technique.The absorption spectrum of CdS/PbS composite ultrafine particles standed between the absorption spectrum of CdS ultrafine particles and that of PbS ultrafine particles.CdS/PbS ultrafine particles/stearic acid composite LB films had lamellar structure and their absorption spectrum and fluorescence spectrum obviously changed.CdS/PbS composite ultrafine particles had surface package structure of CdS center with PbS shell.CdS/PbS composite ultrafine particles were regularly arranged at higher content of CdS and under suitable surface pressure.
