【摘要】 介绍一种既有可编辑逻辑器件（PLD）的性能特点，又有现场可编程门阵列（FPGA）的高密度和灵活性的在系统可编程逻辑器件──ispLSI器件；并将一片ispLSI1016用在任意波形发生器的设计中，用来产生存储波形数据的存储器所需的地址和控制信号，实现了对任意波形发生器的控制。实验表明：ispLSI器性的应用大大减小了印刷电路板的面积，缩短了调试周期，提高了系统的可靠性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,a programmable logic device with not only the charecteristics of PLD but also high densily and flexibility of FPGA──ispLSI(in-system programmable Large Scale Integration) is introduced. And using one chip of ispLSI1016 in the design of arbitrary waveform generator for creating the address and control signal necessary for the memory unit storing the waveform data,the control for arbitrary waveform generator has been realized. The experiment shows that the application of the ispLSI 1016 device decreases the area of PCB much more, shortens the adjustment period and increases the reliability of the system.更多还原
