【Abstract】 At present construction market exists such problems.inaccurate project budggetestimate,final accounts exceeding budgeting,surprising waste, poor project quallity,delay in theperiod of project completion.All these problems are closely related to the work in the designingperiod and can be avoided by exercising supervision. This paper discusses theimportance,necessity,and urgence of exercising supervision in the designing period ofconstruction projects from the following four aspect:the important position of the designingperiod,the present problems,how to enforce the supervision and some thoughts on exercisingdesigning supervision.更多还原
