【摘要】 介绍了中国船舶工业总公司所属２６个造船厂截止１９９８年２月底拥有逆变弧焊机的数量、类型和应用情况；分析了推广应用中的经验、教训及其产生的原因；提出了今后造船厂推广应用逆变弧焊机应采取的措施；并指出随着逆变弧焊机质量的不断提高，价格进一步下降，以及它对船舶焊接工艺所需的适应性改善之后，逆变弧焊机尤其是ＩＧＢＴ逆变式ＣＯ２焊机在造船厂将得到广泛推广应用，这必将大大提高造船厂焊接设备的现代化水平，对缩短造船周期、提高造船质量、增加经济效益、改善劳动条件都会产生重要影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The quantity and type of inverter arc welding machine which has been used in 26 shipyards subject to China State Shipbuilding Corporation by the end of February 1998 are introduced experience and lesson about using inverter arc welding machine in shipyards are analysed.The suitable measures for shipyards to popularize inverter arc welding machine are also pointed out.With the quality is gradually enhanced,price is progressively reduced,and adaptability of inverter arc welding machine needed by ship welding process is improved,inverter arc welding machine,especially in IGBT CO 2 inverter arc welding machine, will be widely used in shipyards.As a result,the modernization of welding equipment in shipyards will be speeded up,which will produce highly important influence to shorten the period of shipbuilding,promote shipbuilding quality,increase economic benefit and improve labor condition.更多还原
