多元复合强化铁基高温耐磨等离子弧堆焊合金及耐磨机理
Poly-elements Strengthening for High Temperature Wear Resistance Alloy of lron-base Surfaced with Plasma Arc and its Mechanism of Wear Resistance
【摘要】 通过高温金相、高温硬度、高温磨损试验,研究出了铁基Cr-B-W-V系高温耐磨料磨损等离子弧堆焊合金,替代价格昂贵的镍基和钴基等离子弧堆焊合金。同时系统的研究了合金元素对高温硬度、高温耐磨性的影响规律及耐磨机理。
【Abstract】 Though the tests of high temperature hardness and rear resistance,the properties of iron-base Cr -B-W-V system high temperature abrasive wear resistance plasma arc surfacing ally are invstigated.This alloy is the one instead of expensive Nickel-base and Cobalt base plasma arc surfacing alloys.the effect of alloy elements on the high temperature hardness and wear resistancd are investigated systematically and also the wear resistance mechanism.
