【摘要】 测定了有机磷杀虫剂甲基异柳磷和三唑磷对淡水鲳Colossomabrachypomum，尼罗罗非鱼Tilapianilotica和麦穗鱼Pseudorasboraparva的急性毒性。其中甲基异柳磷对三种鱼的96hLC50。分别为1．34、1．46和0．14mg／L，三唑磷为0．06、0．035和0．008mg／L。该测定结果表明．在常规用药条件下，甲基异柳磷对鱼类较为安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Acute toxicity of two organophosphorus insecticides, i. e. isofenphos-methyl and triazophios, to 3 kinds of fresh water fish, namely Caossoma brachypomum, Tilapia nilotica, and Pseudorasbera parva was tested.Their 96 h LC50 were 1. 34, 1. 46 and 0. 14 mg/L respectively for isofenphos-methyl, and 0. 06, 0. 035 and 0. 008 mg/L respectively for triazophios. The results indicated that isofenphos-methyl was more safety than triazophios to fresh water fish at the recommented use pattern.更多还原
