环境中有机污染物的半导体光催化降解研究进展
Photo-catalytic degradation of environmentally relevant organic pollutants by use of semiconductor as the heterogeneous catalyst
【摘要】 应用半导体二氧化钛光催化剂促进氧化降解环境中常见有机污染物是一种有效的清洁处理技术。对光催化活性的半导体的必要性质、影响光催化效率的内在因素以及反应器、反应条件等方面的因素进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 The semiconductor-TiO2 photo-catalytic process is a very efficient technique for photode grading the environmentally relevant organic pollutants and purifying water and air. The necessary char acteristics for a photocatalytically active semiconductor and some factors effecting the photocatalytic ef ficiency, such as the particulate mineral phase, the surface modification, as well as the reactor/reaction conditions have been discussed. Some of other novel application of TiO2 photocatalysis has also been briefly reviewed.
