【Abstract】 The N-amino-5, 6-bibromine norcatharidin was prepared. Then a simple and rapid method was described for the labelling of the compound with 125I. The radiolabelling yield was 95.3% at T= 60℃, t = 40min and pH= 5. In vivo distribution of 125I- N-amino-5, 6-bibromine norcatharidin in the mouse showed a higher uptake in the lung, kidney and spleen.更多还原
