采用好氧气提反应器处理含硫化物废水
Study on the Treatment of Sulphide Wastewater Using Airlift Reactor
【摘要】 采用好氧气提反应器(air-liftreactor)处理人工合成的含硫废水,在CODS2-=1.51,硫化物负荷2—3kg/(m3d)的条件下,总COD去除率在40%左右,硫化物的平均去除率稳定在95%以上.实验结果表明,气提反应器作为脱硫处理单元是完全可行的.并且具有控制简单、操作方便和启动快等优点.剩余污泥中的含硫量在37%左右,经过处理,可以回收利用污泥中的硫
【Abstract】 In this paper,airlift reactor is used to treat sulphide waste water,at the sulphide load rate of 2—3kg/(m3·d)(COD∶S2=15∶1),the removal rate of total COD is nearly 40%,average removal rate of sulphide could be above 95%;by the experiment,it is compatible that airlift reactor could be used as the desulphur treatment unit.It has the advantages of easy controlling,operation and rapid startup etc..The sulphur content of residue sludge is 37%(dry),which can be used by proper treatment.
