电化学法综合利用废杜美丝
Comprehensive Utilization of Waste Dume Wireby Electrolytic Process
【摘要】 研究用三乙醇胺电解法从废杜美丝中回收制取铜粉的工艺.铜在阳极电解退除,并以铜粉的形式在阴极沉淀回收.实验中确定最佳工艺条件为:铜配离子浓度为0.157mol·L-1,游离三乙醇胺浓度为0.648mol·L-1,pH值7.00,阴极电流密度14A·dm-2,电解温度40℃.在此条件及基体金属不受腐蚀下制得的铜粉,粒径小于74μm的可达90%;阴极的电流效率达91%;平均槽电压0.975V;电能消耗900kW·h/t
【Abstract】 In this paper,an electrolytic process has been given for recovering copper from waste dume wire.In this process,copper powder was eletrodeposited on the cathode with electrolytic removal of copper from the anode in the same time.The electrolytic process was carried out under the following optimum technological conditions ,i.e.concentration of [Cu(tea)(OH)]+0157mol·L-1;concentration of triethanolamine 0648mol·L-1;pH 700;current density 14A·dm-2;solution temperature 40℃.The current efficiency is 91%; the specific electric energy consumption is 900kW·h·t-1;the copper powders made are smaller than 74 μm by 90% under such conditions,while the primary metals are not eroded.
