【Abstract】 The engineering bacteria LEY3 were constructed for degradating PTA contained in waste water with the method of chromosomal DNA to transform the spheroplast. The engineering bacteria LEY3 combined the ability to degradate six carbon sources from the parent strains, p-Ph-thalic acid,Naphthalene, Benzoic acid,Hexadecane, Glycol, Methanol. In the test engineering bacteria LEY3 degradating PTA contained in wast water, the rate of COD elimination was 66%~91%.更多还原
