【Abstract】 Abstract The present-day two-stage English teaching mode of core English plus professional English teaching in navigation colleges in China cannot meet the needs of the Chinese seafarers working in foreign companies. Close attention should be paid to job-targeting English training. Three stage English teaching mode of core English plus professional English plus job-targeting English training should be set up.
