改进飞锯拖动机构 提高焊管定尺精度
Improve the Flying Saw Drive System, Upgrade the Fixed-length Precision of Welded Tube
【摘要】 分析了原飞锯齿轮齿条传动系统存在的定尺误差大及传动不平稳的产生原因,提出了用蜗轮蜗杆传动系统替代原齿轮齿条传动系统。阐述了改进后的传动系统的特点及安装时应注意的问题。经过生产性试验,证明该传动系统运行良好,传动平稳,定尺精度达到±3mm以内
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes why the more fixed-length errors and unstable drive is existed in the pinion and rack drive system of the original flying saw, and expresses that to replace the original pinion and rack drive system can use the worm wheel and worm drive system. At the same time, the paper expounds the characteristics of the innovated drive system and noticeable installation problems. By the production test, it has been proved that the drive system operates well and stablely and can reach the fixed-length precision within ±3mm.
