【摘要】 对Ｓｆ９细胞的静止培养工艺进行了研究．首先对Ｓｆ９细胞进行环境ｐＨ值由低到高的驯化，发现该细胞对于ｐＨ值变化的适应能力十分有限，在初始ｐＨ值为７．０的培养液中即不能生长，而且在细胞生长过程中培养液的ｐＨ值会略有升高．其次进行了培养液血清浓度由高到低的驯化，结果表明该细胞对于低血清环境的适应性很强，培养液的血清浓度降至２％时细胞仍可生长．最后，研究了初始接种密度对Ｓｆ９细胞生长的影响，发现在其传代过程中，１０４个／ｍｌ数量级是其生长的临界接种密度更多还原

【Abstract】 Sf9 cells are cultured staticly with different pH, serum concentration and inoculation density. It is found that the cell culture is sensitive to pH change and cells hardly grow in the medium with an initial pH of 7.0, pH of the culture medium increases slightly during the culture and Sf9 cells can grow well in the medium with serum concentration as low as 2%. A critical inoculation density of 104 cells/ml is found necessary for the growth of Sf9 cells. 更多还原
