浓相气力输送的流型及稳定性判定
DISTINGUISHING FLOW PATTERN AND MONITORING CONVEYING STABILITY OF HIGH DENSITY PNEUMATIC CONVEYING
【摘要】 在对浓相输送的相图、流型及稳定性研究的基础上,提出了一种检测流型与判断稳定性的方法.在分析和处理计算机采集到的输送管内压力波动信号后,发现水平输送管内压力波动信号的较大振幅的概率密度之和与表观气速之间有较好的对应关系,找到了一种能实际应用于工程上判断流型和稳定性的判据,并以此作为自动控制的基础.
【Abstract】 A new way to monitor the conveying stability and flow pattern of dense-phase pneumatic conveying in a horizontal pipeline was proposed according to the theoretical and experimental study on phase-diagrams, flow-pattern and conveying stability. After analyzing signals of gas pressure undulation inside the pipe, rather good correlation between gas velocity and sum of the probability density for amplitude of gas pressure fluctuation above a certain threshold was found, and it can be used as a new criterion for determining flow pattern and stability, providing a solid base for automatic control of flow stabitily in the dense phase pneumatic conveying process.
