扭振实验台阻尼特性的分析与调整
Analysis and Adjustment of Damping Characteristics at Torque and Vibration Experimental Table
【摘要】 在扭振实验台上常用直流电动机模拟原动机,直流电动机自身存在惯性特性和转速反馈,使系统高频特性发生改变,加大了扭振的稳定性并增大了轴系模态阻尼,本文分析了这一影响,并采用增加控制信号的方法修正系统的高频特性,调整轴系模态阻尼,从而更加准确地模拟轴系扭振特性。
【Abstract】 At the torque and vibration experimental table, DC motors are of tenused to stimulate the prototype and the motors have inertial characteristics and ro-tating speed feedback,which makes system high-frequency characteristics varied,torque and vibration stability and axial simulation state damping increased. The pa-per analyzed this effect, rcvised the system high - frequency characteristics by in-creasing controlling signals,adjusted the axial simulation state damping so as to ex-actly simulate the axial vibration characteristics.
