一种可调阻尼减振器的设计与试验
DESIGN AND TEST OF AN ADJUSTABLE DAMPER
【摘要】 提出一种节流口式可调减振器的结构形式,建立该减振器理论设计模型,在此基础上分析其理论外特性,并在电液伺服振动台上进行外特性试验,实验结果与理论分析相符,说明该减振器设计合理,性能稳定,满足使用要求。
【Abstract】 This paper proposes an adjustable damper structure with a variable orifice, and analyses its outer performances on the basis of establishing its theoretical model, and tests it on the electrichydraulic servo test rig. The test results are consistent with the theoretical results, which shows that the damper has reasonable structure, stable behaviors and can meet the working demands.
