鹿角蕨配子体发育的研究
STUDIES ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF GAMETOPHYTES OF PLATYCERIUM
【摘要】 本文研究了采自比利时根特大学植物园的一种鹿角蕨(Platyceriumsp.)配子体发育的过程。孢子赤道面观为肾形,极面观为椭圆形,单裂缝;孔子萌发为切线型(Momose,1942);丝状体2-8细胞长,顶端细胞不明显,丝状体顶端的营养细胞都可分裂,形成片状体;片状体顶端出现的分生组织发育为心脏形的原叶体,发育为槲蕨型(Nayar,1971);毛状体发达,单细胞的或多细胞的;假根棕色;多为雌雄异株;该配子体表现为进化性状。
【Abstract】 The development of gametophytes of Platycerium sp.was studied.The spores are monolete,kindey-shaped in equatorial view and elliptical in polar view;The patterns of spore germination seem to Tangential(Momose,1942).The germ filaments develop 2-8 cells long.The apical cells are not obvious.the prothallial development is of the Drynaria type(Nayar,1971).The adult prothallus is cordate and hairy.The hairs are complex and varied.They develop into unicellalar,multicellular filament and branched.The rhizoids are brown.It seems genus Platycerium is relative to genus Pyrrosia closely dependent on the development of their gametophytes,especially on the morphology of the hairs.
