机构运动方案设计支持系统的总体设计
Total Design Support System for Mechanism Kinematic Synthesis
【摘要】 讨论了一个基于知识的机构运动方案设计支持系统的总体设计,该系统将人工智能(AI)技*术,特别是专家系统(ES)技术引人到用户的需求分析、机构选型、尺度综合和方案评价等机构运动方*案设计的全过程,采用了面向对象的知识表达方法和程序设计技术,广泛应用了模糊机械设计理论。*此外,该系统还包含一个“虚拟实验室”,设计者利用虚拟现实技术能方便地、真实地看到所得方案机*构的工作状态,从而,能辅助设计者更好地判定该方案的合理程度。
【Abstract】 The total design of an intelligent design support system for mechanism kinematic synthe-* sis is discussed. In this system, AI techniques (especially ES techniques) is applied for analysis of user’s requirements selection of type and size and plan evaluation. An object-oriented knowledge-representation is presented, and fuzzy mecbanical design theories are widly used. Besides, there is* a virtual laboratory in which designers can really see the working status of a mechanism* conveniently, so that it is convenient for designer to determine if a mechanism designed by the* system is rational or not.
