【Abstract】 It is very significant that the project"The year 2000 Scientific and Technological Industrial Project for the afforadable Housing in Urban and Rural Area/ takes the residential environment construrcion as an important research program. This project is an effective measure in order to increase the living quality of the residents, improve the residential environment tand realize the ultimate goal of the affordable horsing. However, the environmental quality for affordable residential quarters does not have standard to comply with at present.
