有限元分析平面应力非线性橡胶材料的J积分
Calculation of J -Integral for Plane Stress Rubber Materials I Mode Crack by Using Gao’s Energy Function
【摘要】 采用Cao[1]型应变能密度函数,基于TotalLagrange描述的非线性有限元方程,对平面应力Ⅰ型橡胶材料的单边裂纹试件,在裂纹尖端附近计算J积分,当J积分达到临界Jc时,裂纹失稳破坏,即用J积分准则来预测其临界载荷,适当选取本构常数,有限元计算表明:与实验[2]和工程上常用的Mooney[3]型本构的分析结果吻合最后,讨论了本构常数的变化对J积分的影响
【Abstract】 Using Gao’s energy function, J -integral for plane stress rubber materials is calculated with finite element solutions.Its formulation is based on the large deformation.The results obtaind are in agreement with the experimental data,and the influence of material constants is discussed.
