螺纹槽管传热与阻力特性的实验研究

【摘要】 介绍了螺纹槽管传热与阻力特性的实验结果,并对结果进行了分析螺纹槽管由铜镍合金管(B30)辗轧制成根据大量的实验数据,得到了计算对流换热系数、冷凝换热系数及阻力系数的经验关联式在实验范围内,关联式的计算精度分别为±14%,±13%和±25%

【Abstract】 In this paper,the results of experimental investigation on heat transfer and fluid pressure drop of spirally fluted tubes for steam condensation are reported and analyzed.The spirally fluted tubes are made of copper-nickel (B30).Based on a lot of experimental data,the empirical expressions of single phase heat transfer coefficient,condensation heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop factor are reached.Within the range of experiment,the accuracy of the correlations is ±14%,±13% and ±25%.
