实用数控火焰切割机研制
Study on Practical Numerical Control Gas Cutting Machine
【摘要】 提出了一种利用通用的机床数控系统改造成火焰切割机数控系统的方法,采用此系统研制出了一种功能实用、价格低廉的数控火焰切割机,它可自动高质量、高精度地切割工厂最常用的长方形、三角形和圆弧形板,从而可以大大推动数控切割技术的推广应用。该研究对于数控火焰切割机厂家降低数控火焰切割机成本和已有光电跟踪切割机等设备的厂家进行技术改造具有较好的参考价值。
【Abstract】 A method of using the numerical control system of a general lathe as the gas cutting machine system is advanced.The numerical control gas cutting machine made by this system is practical and in low cost.It can automatically cut rectangle,triangle and arc plates widely used by most factories.It is very useful for spreading numerical control gas cutting technique and decreasing the cost of the numerical control gas cutting machine or rebuilding equipments for those factories which have electricity tracking cutting machines.
