【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜及传统剖腹手术行腹腔胆囊切除术对术后肺功能的影响。方法：选择２０例腹腔镜组（Ａ组）、１６例剖腹手术组（Ｂ组）进行比较。结果：Ａ组仅在术后ｄ１和术前比较差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５），Ｂ组在术后ｄ１～ｄ７时肺功能指标较术前差异有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０５），Ａ组与Ｂ组比较，术后至ｄ５或ｄ７时差异仍有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０５），Ａ组术后肺功能明显优于Ｂ组。结论：使用腹腔镜行胆囊切除术对肺功能损害明显小于剖腹胆囊切除术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To　explore　the　effects　of　the　lung　function　after　cholecystectomy　operations　in　celiotomy　and　in　laparoscope.Method:We　observed　20　cases　patients　with　laparoscope(group　A)and　16　cases　patients　who　received　celiotomy　(group　B).Result:Significant　differences　were　found　in　the　group　B　to　all　pulmonary　function　values　compared　with　preoperative　values　from　the　lst　to　7th　postoperative　day (P<0.05),the　group　A　showed　only　a　remarkable　difference　on　the　first　day　after　operation (P<0.05),comparing　the　group　A　with　the　group　B　showed　a　significant　difference　until　the　5th　to　7th　day (P<0.05).This　study　confirms　that　the　group　A　is　supperior　to　group　B.Conclusion:The　results　suggested　that　in　all　patients　the　lung　function　was　harmed　by　operation,but　it　is　more　　serious　in　conventional　cholecystectomy　patients　than　in　laparoscopic　cholecystectomy　patients.更多还原
