【摘要】 自１９８７年以来，我们采用指神经背侧分支及其伴行血管为蒂的岛状皮瓣修复指端、指腹缺损１６例，皮瓣全部成活，指腹感觉恢复。我们认为，此皮瓣具有易于操作、不损伤手指血管的优点，可用于修复指端缺损，恢复感觉功能更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1987,we have repaired the defect of fingertips by using dorsal branch of digital nerve and its accompanied vessels as pedicle island flap for 16 cases.All flap survives and sensational function are recovered.We conclude that such flap is easy to operate without harming digital blood vessels, thus can be used to repair the defect of fingertips and recover sensational function.更多还原
