高电导聚苯胺/聚乙烯醇复合膜的合成和电性质
THE SYNTHESIS AND ELECTRICAL PROPERTIES OF HIGH CONDUCTIVE POLYANILINE(PAN)/POLYVINYL ALCOHOL(PVA)COMPOSITE FILM
【摘要】 本文利用氯化铜作为聚乙烯醇薄膜的掺杂剂,再将其置于苯胺和盐酸蒸气中进行化学氧化反应,成功地合成了高电导的聚苯胺(PAn)/聚乙烯酸(PVA)导电复合膜,电导率达 10-2S·cm-1;用扫描电镜和红外光谱(IR)对导电复合膜的结构和组成进行了表征,并进行了环境稳定性试验;复合膜的导电主要是电子的贡献.
【Abstract】 High Conductive PAn/PVA composite films are successfully synthesized by in-situ chemical oxidation reaction for the first time, in which the PVA films mixed homogeneously with a oxidizing agent, cupric chloride, are exposed to aniline and HCI vapors. The composite film has good conductivity;it can reach up to 10-1s·cm-1 through controlling reaction condition. The conditions of synthesis, stability and conducting mechanism are discussed. The structure and component from composites are characterized by SEM and FTIR spectrum.
