聚丙烯的结构与性能表征
Characterization on Structure and Properties of Polypropylene
【摘要】 从高分子链结构、结晶行为、粘弹性、力学性能4个方面,利用红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振(NMR)、X射线衍射、示差扫描量热(DSC)、流变表征(DSR)等手段对国产YS-841催化剂和日本产TK催化剂生产的丙烯均聚物2401和共聚物1330的2个系列4种材料进行测试和分析,揭示并比较4种材料在结构和物理性能上的差异,从而指导对国产催化剂的改进。
【Abstract】 Four resin samples of two series, homopolypropylene (2401) and copolymer (1330), were synthesized with the domestic catalyst YS - 841 and imported catalyst TK, respectively. The molecular chain structures, crystallization behaviours, viscoelasticity and mechanical properties of the resultant resins were characterized with IR, NMR, X - ray, DSC and DSR. The differences in structures and properties of the resins were revealed and compared.
