【摘要】 杨梅种子发芽出苗率低，是培育杨梅嫁接砧木材料的一大难题。本试验采用了不同采种期、不同品种以及打破种子休眠等措施进行了提高其出苗率的研究。结果表明：杨梅果实成熟时采种，采用层积或秋播，种子出苗率较高。种子层积后播种前晒裂，并用5000倍翠竹牌植物生长调节剂处理种子，可使种子出苗率提高到91．1％。更多还原

【Abstract】 The lower germinative rate of myrica seed has been a hard nut to crack for the cultivation of grafting myrica rootstocks. In this paper a study was made on how to raise the rate through the experiment in which such measure taken as adopting different seed collecting time and different regional breeds and stopping seeds’ dormancy. The result showes that the germinative rate tends to be higher when the seeds are collected at their ripe time or stratified or sown in autumn. Provided that stratified seeds are sun-ruptured before being sown and soaked with 5000 times CuiZhu plant growth,the seeds’ germinative rate can be raised to 91. 1 %.更多还原
