对制备羟基磷灰石粉末工艺条件的再探讨
Investigating Again in the Technique Conditions for the Preparation of Hydroxyapatite Powder
【摘要】 进一步探索了用溶胶-凝胶法制备羟基磷灰石粉末的工艺条件。实验表明:获得理想样品的最主要条件是硝酸钙和磷酸三甲酯的质量比约为2.86∶1,溶胶液的pH值应取7左右。烧结温度控制在550~650℃,恒温时间控制在1.5~3h,对于制备HA复合种植体特别重要。
【Abstract】 The technique conditions for the preparation of HA powder by SolGel process are investigated again.The experiment shows that the principal conditions to gain the perfect sample is the mass ratio of Ca(NO3)2·4H2O∶(CH3O)3·PO=2.86∶1;the pH value of Sol liquid should be taken 7;the sintering temperature should be controlled at 550~650 ℃ and the constant temperature maintained 1.5~3 h.These conditions are of great importance to the preparation of Hydroxyapatite conplex growth bed.
