【摘要】 以活力２８洗衣粉为代表进行了非离子型洗涤剂对栅藻（Ｓｃｅｎｅｄｅａｍｕｓ）及大型氵蚤（Ｄａｐｈｎｉａｍａｇｎａ）毒性影响的研究，并模拟生态环境考察了其对自然水体中浮游生物的影响。结果表明，质量浓度１０ｍｇ／Ｌ以下的活力２８洗衣粉对栅藻和大型氵蚤的毒性效应不明显，有助于自然水体中浮游生物的生长繁殖、种群变化，从而对水体富营养化进程有加速作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking Power 28 washing powder as a representative , a study on the toxic effects of nonionic detergent on Scenedeamus and Daphnia magna was conducted. The effect of the detergent on plankton of natural waters under simulated ecological envinonment was also inspected . The result indicated that the detergent had no obvious toxic effect on Scenedeamas and Daphnia magna when its mass concentration was lower 10 mg/L. On the contrary, it low concentrations of the detergent benefited the growth and reproduction and the change of species of the plankton in natural waters.
