【摘要】 锯齿式双圆盘切割器钳住茎秆能力强，切割质量好。通过对切割瞬时茎秆及圆盘刀的受力情况分析，得出茎秆的切割条件。对影响切割条件的主要结构参数进行了定性及定量的分析，对圆盘刀刃形状与切割质量的关系进行了深入的探讨，确定了锯齿式双圆盘切割器的结构参数及运动参数更多还原

【Abstract】 The　sawtooth　cutters　of　double　disk　not　only　have　powerful　capability　of　snatching　stalk,but　also　have　better　cutting　quality.In　this　paper,the　cutting　conditions　of　stalk　are　obtained　through　analyzing　the　stalk　and　double　disk　cutter　when　instantly　cutting.The　main　constructive　parameters　are　analyzed　based　on　quantity　and　quality　analysis.The　relation　of　double　disk　cutter　between　forms　and　cutting　quality　is　discussed　for　depth.The　optimum　constructive　and　moving　parameters　on　sawtooth　cutters　are　obtained.更多还原
