【Abstract】 This Paper describes the principle and features of are plating technology.In view of the heat corrosion problem of boiler water wall in thermal power plant,SL30 special wire is developed, Through the comparison tests of the arc plating layers using SL30 wire material and other materials, it is proved that the layer made upwith SL30 material has better performance/price ratio. The application of arc plating with SL30 material on large area of water wall of utility boiler in a thermal power plant is also introduced.更多还原
