RCo5-XBX(R=Y,Pr,Nd;X=0,1)合金的交换场分析
Exchange Field Analysis of RCo5-xBx(R=Y,Pr,Nd;X=0,1) Alloys
【摘要】 将两格点分子场理论用于金属间化合物RC05-xBx,分析了饱和磁化与温度的关系。计算出了分子场系数和居里温度,给出了交换场与温度的关系曲线。结果表明,在RCo5中用B替代Co离子后,居里温度、交换场的温度分布范围都显著减小。
【Abstract】 The temperature dependence of the saturation magnetization of RCo5-xBx alloys is analysed using the two-sublattice molecular field theory.The molecular field coefficients and Curie temperatures are calculated.Curves of the exchange field are plotted.The results of analysis show that the Gurie temperature and the temperature range of exchange field are decreased markedly after the substitution of B for Co in RCo5.
