一种新型双相热模钢的组织性能研究
STUDY ON THE MICROSTRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF A NEW TYPE DUAL PHASE HOT WORK PIE STEEL
【摘要】 介绍了一种新型铁基高温合金GH8607,经过固溶时效处理,获得了α/γ双相基体和弥散分布的Laves相、M6C等强化相;该合金具有良好的高温力学性能、物理性能和抗氧化性能.在弹体成形拔伸模具应用中,取得了显著成效.
【Abstract】 In this paper, a new type iron based high temperture alloy GH8607 is introduced. The duplex basic phase α/γ and disperse Laves phase M 6C are formed through solid solution treatment and aging processes. Test results show that GH8607 alloy possesses excellent high temperature mechanical properties, physical performances and oxidation resistance. It was used as heat drawing die for shell body and its performance is satifying.
