电脑显微测量系统的研制
The Developing of Computer MicroSurvey System
【摘要】 使用计算机和CCD面阵传感器研制成功的电脑显微测量系统,克服了显微镜、投影仪等传统仪器的缺点,提高了显微观察的质量和测量的精度.介绍了利用该系统对细微物体的实象进行观察测量的装置原理,系统结构和有关参数的装配方法,重点讨论电脑显微测量系统的光路设计和器件的参数选取,并阐述了该系统的应用情况.
【Abstract】 The computer microsystem was developed by using computer and CCD planar array sensor. This system overcome the faults of tradition equipment such as micrscope,projection,and improved the quality and precision of microobserving. This paper introduced the principle of the device which using this system for observing and surveting of microobject’s real image,system structure of the device and assembly method of relative parameter. And also discussed designing lights path and choosing the parameter of device and provided the application of this system.
