表面活性剂在Fe3+分光光度法中的应用

【摘要】 本文采用硫氰酸钾络合比色法,探讨了几种表面活性剂对Fe3+测定的作用。结果表明,非离子型表面活性剂曲拉通X-100,吐温-20均有极大的增效作用,而几种阴离子型表面活性剂则产生“褪色”效果。加入适量的曲拉通X-100时,测定的灵敏度及稳定性均较佳,其摩耳吸光系数高达6.02×105,较对照提高79.2%。在该条件下,测定的检出限为2.5μg,相关系数r=0.9992,相对标准偏差为3.4%,添加标准铁4.0~15.0μg,回收率为96.3%~105.9%,完全达到检测的要求。

【Abstract】 It was carried out that several surface active agents affected on determination of iron(Fe3+ )by spectrophotometeric method added potassium sulfocyanate. The sensitivity of detection increased significantlyfortifized with the non - ionic surface active agents such as triton X-100 and tween-20, while decreasedadded the anionic ones. The sensitivity and stability were relatively appropriate for detection whileadded triton X-100. And molar absorption coeffcient was 6. 02 X 105L/mol. cm,increasing 79. 2 % comparedwith the control. This method was developed with correlation index of 0.9992 for calibration curve,detectionlimit of 2. 5pg,relative standard deviatlon of 3. 4 % and recovery of 96. 3 % ~ 105. 8 % with the additionof 4. 0~ 15. 0μg iron(Fe3+ ).
