【Abstract】 We studied tha effects of Matrine(Mat)on proliferation of skin fibroblast and synthesis of col-lagen in rats. [3H]-thymidine and [3H]-proline uptake was adopted to measure fibroblast proliferation and collagen synthasis respectively. The data indicated that Mat could suppress fibroblast proliferation and col-lagen synthasis in dose relationship.更多还原
