浅谈混凝土的冻融破坏及其修补
BRIEF DISCUSSION OF FREEZE-DISSOLVE DAMAGE AND MEND OF CONCRETE
【摘要】 混凝土冻融剥蚀破坏对工程危害较大,破坏形态特征有表面酥松剥落、深层冻胀破坏及冰冻裂缝,形成原因包括渗漏水使不具备饱水条件的混凝土吸水饱和、混凝土设计抗冻标号偏低、施工质量差等。冻融破坏的修补对策为"凿旧补新",修补材料有高抗冻混凝土、聚合物水泥砂浆、预缩水泥砂浆等。修补工艺要点为:①清除损伤的老混凝土;②修补体与老混凝土结合面的处理;③修补材料的浇筑回填;④养护。
【Abstract】 Erosion damage of concrete by freeze-dissolve is a serious endanger to structures, the damage forms include crisp of surface, swell and crack of depth of body. Thereasons of the damage are that water is fully salurated in conerete, grade of freeze-dissolve of concrete is too low, quality of construction is bad, etc. Method of mending ofthe damage parts is cutting off the broken part and monding with new concrete. Materias- used are concrete with higher qrade of freeze-dissolve, cement mortar with polymers, pre-contracted cement mortar etc. The main points of mending technology are asfollows, 1. clean out old concrete, 2. surface treatment, 3. put on new material, 4.maintain.
