【Abstract】 In order to obtain an erythropoieton(EPO) expressing vector,EPO genom with SV40 seriespromter was cloned into a retroviral vector pN2A. As foreign proter is needed for pN2A to express the target gene, the SV40 series promoter, all the driing region except the secod, third andfourth arnino acids in the signal Peptide and two introns of EPO genome were cloned togther intothe Bgl Ⅱ site of the Polylinker of pN2As neo gene downstream, thus a recominant plasmidpN2ASV40EPO was constructed.更多还原
