【摘要】 用贮存猪血作网织红细胞（ＲＥ）计数的质控物，并与人血ＲＥ计数相对比，结果显示，猪血的红细胞（ＲＢＣ）形态、大小、着色及ＲＥ的网状结构与人相似，血红蛋白（Ｈｂ）及红细胞平均体积（ＭＣＶ）的平均值在人血的正常范围内，实验中受影响的因素也与人血相同，两者的回归方程也很相似，表明猪血ＲＥ具备人血ＲＥ同样的质控作用。猪血来源广泛，价格低廉，是ＲＥ质控理想的代用品。更多还原

【Abstract】 Use pig’s blood stocked to control quality in counting Reticulocyte (RE), and compared with using human’s blood. The result showed: form the size and dye of pig’s red blood cell(RBC) as well network of big’s RE were resemble with human’s. Hb and MCV’s is in normal limits of human’s blood. Element with effected in experiment same as human’s blood. Chang RE% of big to logarilhm. It shows obvious negative related with relevant time of stocking blood,y=0.2758-0.0005x,r=0.9983. It is similar with human’s RE in controling quality. Source of pig’s blood is rich and it is cheap. It is best for us to replace human blood.
