【摘要】 采用华西医科大学劳动卫生学教研室研制的系统化职业心理测量（OPT）量表对成都地区208名女性VDT作业人员的心理卫生状况进行考察。按标准化OPT方法实施测验和统计分析。结果表明：女性VDT作业人员焦虑、敏感、强迫、幻想增高；各年龄组敏感均增高，随着年龄增大（≥40岁），躯体不适明显增高；随着每周上机时间的延长，心理卫生各维度增高，≥30小时组更加明显，提示每周上机时间以不超过30小时为宜。随着从事计算机年限的延长，敏感、对立、躯体不适、强迫、抑郁增高，≥10年更明显。表明从事VDT作业年限对女性心理工生状况影响大；≥10年心理卫生状况较差，提示应加强对女性VDT作业者的劳动保护。更多还原

【Abstract】 Occupational psychological test was conducted on 208 fema1e VDT operators and 233 controls.The results showed that the states of mental health of VDT operators were affected by the operation, such as their anxiety, sensitiveness, obsession and illusion increased. Of all age groups, the sensitiveness increased. As the rising of their age, somatic disorder obviously increased (over 40 years old ). As the operating hours per week prolonged,the somatic disorder,illusion,anxiety,depression,hostility sensitiveness and obsession increased,and even more obvious at≥30 hrs. As the working years prolonged, the sensitiveness, hostility, somatic disorder and obsession increased, especially when the working years exceeded 10 years. There fore,the labor protection should be enhanced for female operators.更多还原
